I had a fantastic stay at 1Er Etage Marais. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a bustling area but the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The owners were friendly and always available to help, even offering assistance in planning our daily activities. The included breakfast was a bonus and provided a satisfying start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and personal service.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located in a lively neighborhood. The staff is prompt in their email communication and the decor is unique and beautiful. The rooms are well decorated, with all the basic amenities and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast is included, which is served in a cozy living room/lobby area.

I had a good stay at this hotel in the center of a busy area of the Marais. The location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and attractions, making it convenient to explore some of the oldest parts of this city. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, nice for a peaceful and restful sleep. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast served was amazing, easily the best I've had. this hotel provided a unique and stylish experience with its quirky yet unpretentious ambiance.

The location is perfect, situated in the vibrant Marais district, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff provides great advice on the area, ensuring a memorable experience. There were bugs in the room, which was not pleasant.

Cheerful & helpful host & staff. Excellent location, quiet room. Room 1 is small but nicely decorated & practical with good AC & big window. Common area with 24/7 coffee/tea & free drinks. Fresh, simple breakfast. Perfect no-key system with code entry.
